London, 2024. Over 300 young people discovered the exciting world of Ferrari through a series of successful open events held at Ferrari North Europe dealerships during National Apprentice Week 2024.

During these events, attendees learnt about the “Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme” which offers people aged 16 and above the opportunity to qualify as a Service Technician, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor whilst working for an official Ferrari dealer. Since the course’s inception in 2011, over 120 Apprentices have successfully qualified to take their first step in a lifelong career with the Prancing Horse.

This year’s open events gave young people a chance to learn more about the day-to-day life of those who work in a Ferrari dealership. From current Apprentices to Master Technicians, a diverse range of Aftersales team members took time to engage with attendees to demonstrate the opportunities that a Ferrari apprenticeship can offer.

Dealer open events included tours, practical demonstrations, technical presentations, as well as Q&A sessions with current and past apprentices giving participants unique insight into their experiences in the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme.

Federico Pastorelli, Regional Manager for Ferrari North Europe, said: “It has been a pleasure to welcome over 300 young people from across the UK to our 15 dealerships as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2024. With our state-of-the-art training facility, we have the ability to nuture and develop young people into skilled professionals capable of working to the high standards of Ferrari, and we are delighted that so many bright young candidates are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship with the brand.”
