HiPhi has bolstered its ownership and sales experience in Germany with new partnerships that offer buyers the option to lease a car through Santander and a new HiPhi Care Aftersales service, available through ATU.
HiPhi Care combines the luxury experience of HiPhi ownership with the expertise of ATU, which has a network of more than 500 workshops in Germany. ATU was founded in 1985 and is today the German market leader with a unique combination of automotive service and a store for parts and accessories
Through its partnership with ATU, HiPhi initially offers customers in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Stuttgart fast and flexible services for their vehicles. Thanks to a free pick-up and delivery service that HiPhi will offer its customers, they can have repair and maintenance work carried out without having to interrupt their working day.
Alongside the launch of HiPhi Care, the brand is also expanding its range of purchase options, in partnership with Santander Consumer Finance. Buyers now have the option of leasing a brand new HiPhi using the services of one of the leading consumer credit companies in the world. Buyers can order their HiPhi online or through the HiPhi Hub showroom at Munich Airport in Germany, before choosing to purchase the car outright or being presented with a bespoke leasing plan.

HiPhi, the most popular premium electric vehicle brand in China, began its European expansion in April 2023, with its dual flagship models – the X SUV and Z Digital GT – on sale in Germany and Norway by June. Europe’s first HiPhi Hub showroom in Munich opened in September, coinciding with the first customer deliveries, with the second Hub opening in Oslo, Norway, at the beginning of October.
HiPhi X and Z are available to experience now at HiPhi Hub showrooms, relaxing and luxurious spaces to explore the personalization options available for customers, from paints and interior options to the addition of a HiPhi-designed wallbox charger for their home. The interior echoes the personality of the LuxTech HiPhi range, which combines world-first technologies with cutting-edge design.
Both HiPhi X and HiPhi Z are already available to order in Norway and Germany, with HiPhi Y going on sale at the beginning of 2024.
