When searching for the first car of her dreams, singer-songwriter Jesy Nelson turned to bespoke vehicle customisation specialist Urban Automotive to bring her vision to life.
That meant handing the keys to her recently delivered Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG to the Urban team for a swathe of carbon fibre upgrades, 23’’ alloy wheels and a full mandarin leather interior swap inspired by a French luxury fashion design house.
The transformed Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is now unveiled for the first time in a new video that features Jesy being reunited with her new custom 4×4, after an extensive eight week bespoke rebuild at Urban HQ.
Jesy’s G63 AMG is the most comprehensive build ever completed by Urban Automotive on the ‘G-Wagon’ platform, centred around a full interior retrim in quilted, custom perforated mandarin leather covering the front and rear seats, door cards and floor mats. The dash and centre console have also been reskinned in mandarin leather, while the interior headlining now wears matching mandarin Alcantara to complete the transformation.
On the exterior, the iconic luxury 4×4’s factory Obsidian Black paintwork is now enhanced by a full Urban Automotive carbon fibre Widetrack package, including a ‘Bullnose’ bonnet, replacement front and rear bumpers, rear diffuser, rear wing, spare wheel cover and roof light pod.
The bold new look is underlined by 23’’ Urban-Vossen UV-X forged alloy wheels, creating an aggressive, 50mm-wider stance, while the AMG brake calipers have been repainted in a matching mandarin colourway.
Uncovering her new car for the first time with VIP Sales Manager Lenny Howlett, Jesy Nelson said: “This is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life – that is insane! You’ve done such an amazing job… This is literally my dream car!”
The vehicle is the latest in Urban Automotive’s Signature Series, a growing portfolio of one-off or low volume custom luxury vehicles built for celebrities and high-profile individuals across the globe.
